Well, in Vancouver, I think they consider Luongo a number one, so I think his expectations of a number one is a choker who lets in soft goals, so since Wedgewood isn't that, he's not a number one?

Ryan Murray piled into Miller pushing the puck in.
On one goal it hit off Murray.
On the third, he stupidly decides to screen Wedgewood right when Kuznetsov was about let of a shot off and I think he deflected it to. He skated side by side and waited until the forward was at the hashmarks on the circle to go in front of him.
I believe after the fourth goal he was the one that piled into Wedgie and injured him too.

Probably. I don't see any real flaws in Wedgewood's game and I've seen him many times. He's quick, athletic, talented and a great puck handler. I cover the OHL and watch a lot of tape, no chance he's convincing me he can't be a starter.
